- Free parking for residents or those who purchase a parking pass. Paid parking for everyone else.
Phase 1 Park
FM 1979 & S.E. River Rd.
- Phase 1 is open to the public
- Has access to the San Marcos River
- Is known for fishing and kayaking
- Free parking for residents or those who purchase a parking pass. Paid parking for everyone else.
(Editorial comment: river access is about it, so bring chairs, a picnic blanket or whatever you need with you when you come, and clean up after yourselves when you go)
Guardiola Park
Main St. Martindale
- Downtown Main Street, just past Duetts Restaurant
- Open 7 days – Dawn to Dusk
- Guardiola Park offers a quiet place to relax and enjoy downtown Martindale
- Does not offer river access
- Free street parking or parking in the lot across from Duetts and next door to Harper’s Vintage Store. You might as well stop in for a bite or look for a vintage find!
